  • Sonny’s Sportsplex

    Talmage Architects recently broke ground on Sonny’s Sportsplex (Opening in Spring 2018). Located in Northeast Columbia, the facility will offer youth statewide the opportunity to participate in year-round competitive sports for basketball and volleyball.

  • Lizard’s Thicket Elmwood Renovation

    The existing Lizard’s Thicket restaurant has been a Columbia landmark for over 30 years and is in need of updating. Demolition phase has begun on the renovation that provides an enlarged kitchen and upgraded interior spaces needed to accommodate the busy restaurant at this downtown Columbia, SC location.

  • Stonebridge Event Center

    Completing construction of the Addition / Renovation of an old pre-engineered building into an Event Center with indoor and outdoor dining areas, located in Columbia SC.

  • The Shenandoah Inn

    A 72 room Inn, with restaurant and parking garage, proposed in Lexington, Va

  • Senior Housing Development

    This Senior Housing Development in Columbia, SC consists of 90 one, two, and three bedroom apartments as well as a large dining facility, and is currently in the Preliminary Design Phase.

  • Malibu Pointe in Myrtle Beach, SC

    This is a 14 story condominium development overlooking Ocean Blvd and the Atlantic Ocean in Myrtle Beach, SC. The project includes pools, exercise room, lazy river and other recreational areas on the ground floor.

  • First Nazareth Baptist Church Activity Center

    The Activity Center is Phase II of a Master Plan developed for the church by Talmage Architects in 2006. The 42,000 square foot facility consists of a Banquet Hall, Gymnasium with running track, Senior Activity Center, Classrooms, Offices and a Day Care Center. This project is currently in the Design Phase.

  • Saint Luke’s Inn

    This project is currently in progress and consists of the renovation and addition to a historical building in North Carolina. The project will consist of 60 hotel rooms, fitness center, convention space, and specialty restaurant.

  • Christ Central

    This project consists of planning a downtown block for the ministries of Christ Central. This rendering represents the conceptual design of Phase I.

  • Splash Omnimedia

    This Marketing / Graphics firm was relocating to an old mill. The design included renovation of the existing features of the old building, contrasted by the addition of contemporary furnishings, accoustical wings suspended from the heavy timber structure, and a translucent ceiling in the conference room.

  • Bahama Sands

    A fourteen story hotel/condominium, consisting of two, three, and four bedroom units with views of the Atlantic ocean. The building features clay tile roofs, glass handrails and spacious balconies.

  • The Legends of Tuscaloosa

    This project consisted of 60 luxury condominiums with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units and a common public space, within walking distance of the University of Alabama.

  • Hammond School

    This project consisted of basketball courts, bleachers, weight room and support facilities.

  • Pelion Middle School

    This project consisted of adding a new building to add 15 classrooms, a science lab, administrative offices and support facilities.

  • The Spur at Williams-Brice

    The Spur at Williams-Brice consists of one, two and three bedroom units, all with large balconies and an unobstructed view of the football stadium.

  • Lexington Interfaith Community Services

    This building design brought all the ministries of LICS under one roof for the first time in thirty years. Comprised of a 14,000 sf pre-engineered building system, the up-scaled entrance and lobby establishes an environment of hope and dignity to those arriving in need.

  • Second Calvary Baptist Church

    This church was moving from it's downtown Columbia location and wanted to retain some of the characteristics of the old building.

  • Lake Murray Baptist Church

    The South Ministries building is a multi-purpose facility designed to provide an 800 seat sanctuary, a 300 seat dinning room and a high school sized basketball court in a single space.

  • Lizards Thicket

    We were asked to redesign the restaurant prototype to make it more cost efficient. By making several adjustments, we were able to remove all the structural steel in the original design and to provide a simpler roof system, while still maintaining the established aesthetic of Lizard’s Thicket. This project is located on State Highway 1, in Lexington, South Carolina.

  • First Nazareth Baptist Church

    The new sanctuary for First Nazareth Baptist Church was designed as an addition to the existing campus. The sanctuary was designed to seat 2,800 people.

  • Energy Assessment

    Energy audits performed on various facilities in association with the South Carolina Energy Office and Energy Star Portfolio Manager
